Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Bee Hive Print Club LLC (“Bee Hive Print Club,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, joining the club, buying a gift, or otherwise using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them with a cup of tea.
1. The club
Bee Hive Print Club is a monthly subscription that mails you a small package of handmade things — an original floral painting, a hand-dated calendar, and an original short story — once a month. The exact contents vary month to month and are chosen by us.
2. Your account
To join, you’ll create an account with a valid email address. You’re responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account. Please give us accurate information and keep your shipping address up to date so your envelope arrives.
3. Membership, billing & renewal
- Membership is offered on a monthly plan ($9 per month) or an annual plan ($97.20 per year). Prices are in U.S. dollars.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method on each renewal.
- Applicable taxes may be added. If we change our prices, we’ll give you notice before the change applies to your renewals.
- If a payment fails, we may pause or end your membership until it’s resolved.
4. Cancelling and pausing
You can cancel or pause anytime from your account — no phone calls and no guilt. When you cancel, your membership stays active and you’ll keep receiving envelopes through the end of the period you’ve already paid for, after which it won’t renew. Pausing stops future billing and shipments until you choose to resume. Fees already billed are handled as described in our Shipping & Refunds Policy.
5. Gifts
You can buy a gift membership of 3, 6, or 12 months. Gifts are paid once, up front, and are not recurring — they simply lapse when the gifted months run out. We’ll email the recipient a redemption code; gift codes do not expire. Gift purchases are non-refundable once the code has been redeemed.
6. Shipping & delivery
Shipping is free worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination, and once an envelope is handed to a postal carrier, delivery is in their hands. Details, including what happens to lost or damaged mail, are in our Shipping & Refunds Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The paintings, stories, calendars, illustrations, and other creative work in your envelope and on our website are original works owned by Bee Hive Print Club or the artists and writers we work with. We’re delighted for you to enjoy, display, and gift the physical items you receive for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t reproduce, resell, or commercially distribute the artwork or stories without our written permission.
8. Acceptable use
Please use our website lawfully and don’t attempt to disrupt it, access accounts that aren’t yours, or misuse the service. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
Our website and the service are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we pour care into everything we make, we can’t promise the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and we make no warranties beyond those required by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bee Hive Print Club will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, and you agree to that venue.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above, and for material changes we’ll let members know by email. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
