Shipping & Refunds

Everything in your envelope is made slowly and by hand, then sent out with care. Here’s how shipping works and how we handle cancellations and the occasional mishap.
Shipping
- Free worldwide. Shipping is included in your membership, wherever you are.
- When it ships. New members’ first envelope goes out within 5 business days of joining. After that, envelopes ship in the first week of each month.
- How long it takes. Envelopes travel by first-class mail. As a rough guide, expect about 1–2 weeks within the U.S. and 2–4 weeks internationally. Customs can add time for international mail.
Your address
Please keep your shipping address current in your account. We’re not able to recover envelopes sent to an out-of-date or incorrect address, but if something goes wrong, reach out — we’ll do our best to make it right.
Lost or damaged mail
If your envelope arrives damaged, or doesn’t arrive within a reasonable time, email us at bee@beehiveprintclub.com within 30 days of the expected delivery. We’ll replace the items where we can, or sort out a fair solution with you.
Cancellations
You can cancel anytime from your account. When you cancel, you won’t be billed again, and you’ll keep receiving envelopes through the end of the period you’ve already paid for. You can also pause your membership to skip upcoming months and resume whenever you like.
Refunds
- Monthly plan. Because each envelope is handmade and prepared to order, monthly fees that have already been billed are generally non-refundable. Cancel anytime to avoid future charges.
- Annual plan. If you cancel partway through an annual term, contact us — we’re happy to talk through a fair refund of the unused, unshipped portion.
- Something went wrong? If we made a mistake or your envelope was lost or damaged, we’ll always make it right.
Gifts
Gift memberships are non-refundable once the gift code has been redeemed. If a gift hasn’t been redeemed yet and you need help, email us and we’ll assist. See our Terms of Service for more on how gifts work.
