Bee Hive Print Club LLC (“Bee Hive Print Club,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) cares about your privacy as much as we care about your mailbox. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or join the club, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details — your name, email address, and a password (which we store only as a securely hashed value, never in plain text).
- Shipping address — so we can mail your monthly envelope to the right doorstep.
- Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We keep a Stripe customer reference and your subscription status so we can show your membership in your account.
- Gift details — if you buy a gift, the recipient’s name and email and any message you ask us to pass along.
- Messages — anything you send us through our contact form or by email.
- Newsletter sign-ups — your email address, if you opt in to our newsletter.
Information collected automatically
- Basic technical and log data (such as your browser type and the pages you visit), and privacy-friendly, aggregate usage analytics. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and membership.
- To prepare, address, and ship your monthly envelope.
- To process payments and send receipts through Stripe.
- To send transactional emails (welcome notes, shipping updates, billing and account messages) and, if you opted in, our newsletter.
- To respond to your questions and provide support.
- To keep the club running safely — preventing fraud and abuse — and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the trusted service providers that help us run the club, and only as needed:
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
- Resend — sending our transactional and newsletter emails.
- Neon — our database host, where account data is stored.
- Vercel — website hosting and aggregate analytics.
- Postal carriers — your name and shipping address, so your envelope can reach you.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Bee Hive Print Club, our members, or others.
Cookies
We use a single, strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in to your account. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell cookie data.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. After you close your account, we may retain limited records (such as billing and tax records) for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your account information at any time.
Your choices and rights
- Access & correction — view and update your name and shipping address from your account, or email us for help.
- Deletion — ask us to delete your personal information, subject to records we must keep by law.
- Email preferences — unsubscribe from the newsletter any time using the link in any newsletter email. We’ll still send essential messages about your account and shipments.

Children
The club isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us their information, please contact us and we’ll remove it.
Where your data is processed
Bee Hive Print Club is based in the United States, and your information is processed there. If you contact us from elsewhere, you understand your information will be handled in the U.S.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, let members know by email.
